sElection ‘08 Conventions

This misadministration’s loyal, snakeskin-bootlicking minions are oh-so-busy keeping us safe from dangerously compassionate nuns and grandmas with butter knives; routing our private phone calls through secret rooms; preparing to read our brainwavesknock us to the ground, and throw us into camps or psych wards – but never fear! The folks in Denver and St. Paul found the time to keep us safe from *us* too.

Since Rachel and Keith were stuck at the table, few in (our worse than worthless) corporate media were left to cover what was happening *outside* the hallowed halls of Campaigns Central, and those few who tried were duly rewarded punished.

It warms wrenches my heart to hear that law enforcement in Denver arrested a major TV network producer for trespassing *on a public sidewalk* [thanks for trying, dood!], that one of those pesky little CodePink women was bashed to the ground by the big bad he-man, and that cops entrapped and whupped on peaceful protestors.
